eG Innovations was founded in 2001 by the current CEO, Dr. Srinivas Ramanathan, with initial external funding of approximately $4 million. eG Innovations is a provider of enterprise-class application and IT infrastructure performance management software that delivers end-to-end monitoring, diagnosis, reporting and analytics across physical, virtual, cloud, and hybrid IT environments.

The company has grown organically over the last 20 years. The original investors exited the company recently and it is now wholly independent.

Its flagship product is eG Enterprise Version 7 which has the distinction of being developed from the ground up as a fully integrated system that includes both full Application Performance and Infrastructure Monitoring. Recent enhancements have seen Container monitoring added, significantly enhancing the ability to monitor and manage modern, cloud-based applications as well as more traditional systems.

As well as its headquarters in Singapore and New Jersey, eG Innovations has 12 regional offices covering North America, EMEA, Asia-Pacific and Latin America providing support in eight local languages.
