Analytics 2 - Predictive Analytics and Web Analytics

This report will be in two sections, the first of which will include Predictive Analytics (Data Mining) and the second Web Analytics.

Of course some products included in Volume 1 will have web analysis capabilities, while some products that specialise in web analytics also have business analytic capability. While there will be cross-referencing between the two volumes, it is intended that these should be though of as a single report, so we will not be repeating information across volumes.

Both sections of this report will include comparative evaluations and, in the case of web analytics, we will consider the merits of outsourcing these applications (along with vendors that offer this service).
