Blinco Systems is a privately owned software company that provides software solutions for importers, exporters, third-party logistics providers, distributors and brand management companies. Its 3rdwave application was initially written in Informix 4GL language and operated on the Oracle and Informix relational databases. In 1998, Blinco Systems launched its 3rdwave GCM client-server application, which was written in Uniface 4GL and is therefore database, operating system and hardware independent.
