Analyst Coverage: Andy Hayler
Aim started as a consulting firm in the UK in 2004, but in recent years has undertaken a switch of business model to a software vendor, selling software since 2020. By 2023, fully 70% of the company’s revenues are from software licenses, so it can be considered to have fully made the transition. Aim has its headquarters in Dartford in Kent, with additional offices in central London. It has nearly a hundred customers at the time of writing, the bulk in the UK but with a number in the Middle East; further international expansion is planned. Customers include Police Scotland, BAT and Equiniti. The company is privately funded.
