Software AG CONNX and StreamSets Data Integration

In April 2022, Software AG acquired StreamSets in order to complement its webMethods integration platform, and thereby address issues and challenges within the integration space that would otherwise be difficult – if not impossible – to surmount and create an offering that is stronger than either solution would be individually.

The purpose of this paper is to highlight the benefits of bringing together StreamSets and Software AG’s previously existing CONNX data integration technologies by illustrating its unique value proposition in context to the various trends and challenges within both data integration itself and the adjacent (and closely related) space of data analytics.
