Threat exposure management provides the ability to record what is happening on the network and to deliver reports that show the reduction in risk and vulnerability to attack.
In the Cloud, identifying and understanding threats, and where they come from is of paramount importance due to several compelling reasons. Cloud environments inherently broaden the attack surface for organisations. Traditional on-premises infrastructure is replaced or supplemented by virtualised resources, software-defined networks, and cloud services. This expansion increases the potential entry points for attackers, making it imperative to implement robust threat exposure management practices.
