Invistics was founded in 1999 to help high-mix manufacturers increase competitiveness and enjoy the benefits of Lean.

Flowlytics software suite was developed based on proven Lean manufacturing principles and key Six Sigma components. Flowlytics modules take into account supply and demand variability and enables a flow path-based approach to manufacturing. The software is not aimed at replacing an organisation’s existing ERP system, but rather collaborate with it by accepting data (more than 250 systems are supported) and then analysing the data. Thus Flowlytics can support the synchronisation between planning and execution. The modules can be deployed on-premise or be accessed as a hosted solution.
