Parasoft is a privately owned, independent software company that has been in business for over 30 years, having been founded in 1987. It is headquartered in Monrovia, California, and operates globally, with offices in Los Angeles, Krakow, Shanghai, Bangalore, Singapore, the Netherlands and Germany. It boasts approximately 2000 customers (including 60% of the Fortune 100) and employs over 250 people.

Parasoft develops automated testing software in support of the entire software development process. This includes products that cover the whole of the testing spectrum, from functional testing (including UI, API and unit testing, as well as service virtualisation), to nonfunctional testing (such as load, performance, and security testing) to testing-adjacent reporting and analytics (such as static, coverage and runtime analysis, to name a small sample).
